Many of us carry around guilt like a physical weight. Sometimes it comes from an actual wrong or wrongs we have done. Sometimes it is just a perception created by psychological factors but not representing actual harm done. Either way it’s restricting and prevents us from symbolically running as fast as we can. Today at BBR we address the heavy burden this causes with music. Joyous, immersive, sad, or any other kind of music. As long as you love it you’ll lose your guilty burden, if only for a little while.
