When you have to compete against John Coltrane and Sonny Rollins for recognition, it’s understandable to get a little lost from public consciousness. Joe Henderson was one of the best tenor saxophone players ever to put the horn to his mouth. Check out his late-career album of Carlos Jobim covers, named Double Rainbow this weekend.
